ClearPortalCacheItemByUser
Description
Clears a cache item in the cache of a single user in DocsMarshalPortal. Using this activity is necessary when the worflow changes the configuration of DocsMarshal and it's necessary to notify web users immediately.

DocsMarshal Connection
Orchestrator InArgument<IManager>
The orchestrator object represents the connection to a DocsMarshal installation.
If this argument is left null the activity will work on the running installation. To work on another installation you must get its orchestrator by the activity DatabaseOrchestrator.
User
UserExternalId InArgument<String>
The ExternalId of the user whose cache must be cleared
UserId InArgument<Int32>
The Id of the user whose cache must be cleared
